1. Who we are

Al Mannai Gym is operated by AL MANNAI GYM W.L.L, Commercial Registration No. 191577-1, VAT No. 220027602000002, Flat/Shop 48, Building 2561, Road 66, Block 646, Al Nuwaidrat, Kingdom of Bahrain.

2. These terms

2.1 These terms apply to the use of this website and the Al Mannai Gym app, and to any membership or service you buy from us, online or at reception.

2.2 Your membership itself is governed by the Membership Agreement you sign with us. Where these terms and the Membership Agreement differ, the Membership Agreement applies.

3. Membership

3.1 Membership is open to men aged 15 and over. A member under 16 needs the written approval of a parent or guardian, and may not use weight-training equipment.

3.2 A membership is personal. It cannot be transferred or shared.

3.3 Entry to the gym is by face recognition at the entrance. Registering your face is a condition of membership, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

3.4 The gym is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to the house rules.

3.5 A membership starts on your first entry to the gym after you buy it, and runs for the length of the plan you chose. A one-month plan does not renew automatically.

4. Prices and payment

4.1 Our plans and prices are shown on this website and in the app, in Bahraini Dinars (BHD), including VAT. The price you pay is the price shown when you buy.

4.2 You can pay at reception, or online through our payment provider by debit card, credit card or BenefitPay. Online payments are processed securely by the payment provider; we do not see or store your card details.

4.3 You receive a receipt for every payment.

5. Easy Pay

5.1 The annual Easy Pay plan costs BHD 264.000, paid in four monthly instalments of BHD 66.000 on the dates agreed when you buy it. Each instalment has a grace period of three days.

5.2 If an instalment is not paid within its grace period, Easy Pay ends automatically. You do not owe the remaining instalments; your membership runs for two months for each instalment paid, counted from the day it started.

5.3 An Easy Pay membership can be frozen only after all four instalments are paid.

6. Renewing and changing plans

6.1 If you renew the same plan, or a shorter one, before your membership ends or within three days after, you pay the renewal price.

6.2 If you move to a longer plan, you pay that plan's standard price.

7. Freezing

7.1 Annual plans can be frozen for up to 30 days in total, and the Platinum plan for up to 90 days. Other plans cannot be frozen.

7.2 Ask at reception before the freeze begins. Your membership is extended by the days frozen.

8. Free trial

Before joining, you may ask for one free trial session through our official channels. A trial is offered at the gym's discretion and is not part of a membership.

9. House rules and conduct

9.1 Members follow the house rules and the reasonable instructions of our staff.

9.2 For a serious or repeated breach of the rules on safety or conduct, the gym may suspend or end a membership, by notice to the member.

10. Health

You confirm that you are fit to exercise, and you tell us about any health condition or medication that may affect your safety when exercising.

11. Refunds

12. Privacy

How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy at almannaigym.com/privacy.

13. Changes, law and your rights

13.1 We may update these terms. The version published on this website, with its effective date, applies.

13.2 These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Nothing in them limits your rights under Law No. 35 of 2012 with respect to Consumer Protection.
