Everything under
one roof
Three spaces, one membership: the strength floor, a dedicated cardio centre, and a recovery suite most gyms treat as a paid add-on.
Equipped
properly
The cable system is the heart of this floor — one of the most complete in Bahrain, with the stations, heights and attachments to train an angle properly rather than the one the machine was built for.
Dumbbells in three sets of every weight, so the pair you want is on the rack when you want it. Plate-loaded and selectorised machines for chest, back, shoulders, arms and legs — with the adjustment range to fit you properly, not “close enough.” Plates and weight trees at every machine, so nobody is carrying discs across the floor.
Squat racks, fourteen benches and growing, and the room to actually use them.
A floor for it
Not a corridor
Its own space, so you're not queuing behind the racks or running with someone's set going on over your shoulder.
Someone's always
on the floor
The gym never closes, and neither do the trainers — there is one on the floor at every hour of the day and night, every day of the week. Ask any of them anything: form checks, a programme, how a machine adjusts. It's included, at three in the morning the same as at six in the evening.
