Renew on time — on or before your end date — and you keep the lower renewal price on the 3-month, 6-month and annual plans. Renew after it and the standard price applies.
Moving to a shorter plan keeps your renewal price. Moving up to a bigger plan is charged at that plan’s standard price.
Travelling or injured? Put your membership on hold and your end date moves out by the same number of days.
Freeze days come with the annual memberships: 30 days on every annual plan, and 90 days on Platinum. The 1-month, 3-month and 6-month plans do not include freeze days. Ask reception before you travel.
The annual membership split into four monthly instalments of 66 BHD — 264 BHD in total. The first is paid when you join and the rest fall due monthly.
Keeping to the dates is what holds the rate.
If the agreement stops part-way, your account is credited two months of membership for every instalment paid — counted from the day you joined. There is nothing left to owe.
